My four level home in Washington, DC was rented for over 15 years during which the renters totally destroyed it. Mere repairs were not going to restore the facility to rental status. I had the house totally gutted and am still undergoing restoration. In this process I explored ways to provide a decent form of insulation and came up with the use of foam. A new foam insulation on the market Icynene appeared to be what I was looking for and I had the house's external walls, including the roof, foam insulated. The company suggested that the new and much tighter facility should be examined for its level of air quality after all repairs were completed. Since I am near completion of all repair work, including the inclusion of insulated Low-E windows, I have been looking for a company that specializes in indoor air quality so that I can have the air of my newly renovated house tested. I might find that an Air Exchanger is required to be connected to my HVAC to provide for the required air quality. Are you a company that does what I appear to be seeking?
